LinkedIn, Threads, and Facebook Posts figures reflect impressions or organic reach as reported by their respective platforms; methods of counting vary slightly channel to channel and aren't directly comparable across rows.

How to read this
Median, not average
The middle value when every post is lined up smallest to largest. A handful of standout posts can't drag it up the way an average would.
Reach vs. views
Reach counts people; views count plays (one person can rack up several views on a video they replay).
Typical performance ≠ best performance. The "Typical" column shows what most posts on a channel actually do; the "Total" column includes outliers like a viral hit.
Worked example: Instagram Reels' typical post reached 709 people. But one Reel posted May 5 reached 46,878, nearly 66 times the typical result. That single post is responsible for roughly a third of all the reach generated across every channel this month.

Spotlight: Instagram Reels

Reels carried the month. The top three posts below account for nearly two thirds of all Reels reach in May, and the single best post outperformed every other piece of content on every channel combined.

Key takeaways

What the month's data points to, and what it suggests for June.

The Discovery · 1
Reels carried the month
Instagram Reels generated 143,406 in total reach this month, about two thirds of all reach across every channel combined, from just 49 posts.
The Insight · 1
Short-form video is the format that travels
Reels' typical post reached 709 people; the typical TikTok reached 142. Every static-image format (Instagram feed posts, Facebook posts) sat well under 300. The pattern holds across platforms: video moves, images don't.
The Recommendation
Shift more of June's cadence toward Reels
Given the gap between Reels and every other format, increasing posting frequency on Reels, even at the expense of static image posts, is the highest-leverage lever available for June. The two top-performing Reels both ran in the first week of May; testing whether early-month timing is a factor is a reasonable next step.
